The selected event package applies per event and does not form a subscription. The packages provide full transparency and overview. In the cockpit you can always see exactly which feature belongs to which package. In the Free package, you can continue to create events with ticketing and benefit from using most of the features. The Plus package gives you access to all features, and the Pro package is completely free of advertising. Here is an overview:

Own payment handling includes payment methods such as prepayment, payments on-site, presale via own box offices, but also free tickets.

Eventfrog Cashless – cashless payment at the event
Offer your guests a cashless payment option via TWINT at the event. Cash in quickly and directly via smartphone without mental arithmetic or change. Simply activate the feature in the cockpit.
Cancellation insurance
Bad weather, an unavailable location or an official ban can force you to cancel your event. If you take out our cancellation insurance up to 14 days before the event, your budget is safe.
Promo codes
Use promo codes to offer tickets at a lower price for selected participants or groups of participants. You define the percentage or fixed amount that gets deducted from your VIPs, sponsors, members, etc., and we set everything up for you.
