We offer several payment options to make your ticket purchase easy. The payment methods offered at each event are ultimately decided by the event organisers themselves.

Eventfrog offers event organisers a nationwide network of public box offices for physical ticket sales. This includes Orell Füssli, Liechtensteinische Post, BLS, SOB, Tourismus Region Baden and Rheinfelden Tourism.
Public box offices are automatically enabled in the Eventfrog Cockpit. Tickets for your events will then be on sale at these sales points.
If you choose «Prepayment», you can transfer the outstanding amount for your order directly to the event organiser.
The event organiser decides whether this payment option is available.
Note: If you choose prepayment as your payment method or prepayment is the only method available, you are transferring the money directly to the event organiser without Eventfrog being able to check the payment or the recipient. Please note that you take responsibility to process your payments securely when choosing this payment method.
At some events, you can also pay for your tickets on-site. Whether this feature is available depends on the event organiser.
It will be noted on your ticket and in the system that you still have to pay at the entrance.
