In the video we show you how to buy a ticket if you already have an Eventfrog account. When ordering, we differentiate between new customers and existing ticket buyers who are already registered with Eventfrog.

Your orders/tickets are saved in your Eventfrog account. If you want to use our useful Eventfrog app, you will also need an Eventfrog account. With the app, you'll always have your tickets with you.
In addition, the e-mail address, which is also your login name, also serves as a contact option for Eventfrog and organisers. If an event is postponed, for example, you will be notified there.

Search for the event you want in the event listing on Eventfrog. Click on «Tickets» for the required event. Enter the number of tickets in the category or select the required seats in the seating plan. Continue by clicking on «Checkout».
You will now be taken to the page where you can register as a new customer.
Enter a valid e-mail address here. The e-mail address is also your login name.
Choose a secure password and click on «Get started now» to continue the registration process.
Now complete your address information.
The fields marked with an * are mandatory. Click on «Complete address» to go to the shopping basket and complete your order.
You can easily make your next ticket purchases via this account.
You will now be asked for the required data depending on the payment method. Complete these and follow the payment process. If the transaction was successful, you will be redirected to the final page.You will be asked to install the Eventfrog app on your mobile phone. If you don't have a mobile phone or don't want to install the app, you can of course also print out the tickets.
Click on «I would prefer to print my tickets». A PDF file with your tickets will then open. You can either print this directly in your browser or save it and print it later.

Confirm the terms and conditions and continue by clicking on «Checkout». Now enter your e-mail address under «E-mail», which you use as your login name, and enter your password. Click on «Login» to continue with the order process.
