Why have I been charged by Eventfrog?

If you find a debit from Ticketfrog AG with the link «eventfrog.ch/bill» on your invoice, you have purchased tickets for an event that the organiser has pre-sold via Eventfrog. Either directly via our website or embedded on his or her own website.

If you want to check your purchases:

  1. Log in to eventfrog.ch.

  2. Under «My tickets» you can see all purchased tickets for past and upcoming events.

  3. Compare the amount on your credit card statement with the tickets purchased.
