Do I have to register again?

Yes, you need an Eventfrog account. All you need to do to register is enter your address. You can then start entering events straight away. Here is a short guide with video: How do I create an Eventfrog account?

How can I create my events?

The event registration process is straightforward. In the first step, you enter all the important information about your event. If you want to sell tickets, add ticket sales in the second step. You can then publish your event directly. You can find details and setting options here: Instructions: Create event with ticketing

What happens to the events that I have entered in Eventbooster?

These events are being imported and can be found on eventfrog.ch. If you would like to transfer your events to your account, you can claim events on the platform. We'll show you how to do it here: What does taking over an event mean and how do I claim an event for myself?

How can I book promotions in the future?

In future you can book promos in the marketplace, in the cockpit. There you will find the entire selection and suitable suggestions for your event. If you would like support, you can contact promotion@eventfrog.net.

I still have an outstanding balance with Eventbooster. What happens to it?

You will be able to spend your open balance from your Eventbooster account at Eventfrog. Please contact info@eventbooster.net so that we can organise the transfer.

Can I continue to book the publication guarantee?

Yes, you can still book the publication guarantee for premium visibility. If you sell tickets in the Plus or Pro model of Eventfrog, it is even included and without extra charge. In the Free model, it will be suggested to you after your event has been published.
