Eventfrog takes a completely different approach compared to existing ticketing providers. The big advantage of Eventfrog is that ticketing is completely free for both organisers and ticket buyers. We cover all credit card fees and the costs incurred by the organisers (other providers add these amounts to the ticket price in order to be able to offer the organisers «free» ticketing). We also do not charge any processing fees on tickets. As a ticket buyer, you benefit from lower ticket prices at events and credit card and processing fees are also eliminated.
In order to be able to finance this, we are dependent on advertising revenue. But we also want to be able to offer you added value and use the advertising space on the tickets exclusively for vouchers that you can redeem.
