Who can I contact if I have questions about the event?

If you have any questions about the event, you can contact the organiser, as only organisers can provide you with detailed information about the event. On each event details page, you can use the contact form to contact the organiser directly.

This is how you contact the organiser:

Log in and go to «My tickets».
Under «Upcoming events», select the event for which you have questions. Now click on «Show event»

Scroll down to «Organiser»
Click on the «Contact organiser» button and the contact form will open for you to fill in.
Once you have entered all the necessary information, send your message.
