The Experience
Shamanic Breathwork combines a conscious connected breathing technique with body and energy work and a powerful chakra attuned music journey to guide you into states of deep transformation. With your eyes closed and lying on a mat, you will be transported with your own breath into an altered state of consciousness to discover your inner landscape beyond the limits of your mind and image of self.

When worked in this way, your breath becomes a catalyst to move you beyond the ego into the deepest parts of your body, mind and spirit. This provides you an opportunity to uncover patterns that have you stuck, receive powerful insights, release emotions and move energy. Evocative chakra-aligned music, instruments and focused bodywork will support you to navigate through your journey. You will be energetically held in a safe container, with full permission to experience and express the entire range of emotions that may surface.

This is an invitation to embrace the totality of what it means to be human, express the full range of emotions that may arise and connect with your own inner wisdom and healer. Absolutely no experience is necessary, come exactly as you are. I look forward to welcoming all parts of you.

Christa has immersed herself deeply into the worlds of spirituality, healing & self-development for the last seven years, where she studied a big variety of energy- and bodywork modalities, mediation, breathwork and tantra. It is her greatest passion to create empowering spaces, where one feels safe to drop from the mind into the body to feel and embrace the totality of what it means to be human.
