About Vishesh

Vishesh Kalimero is a musician and educator from New Delhi, based in Goa, India. He has travelled extensively in Asia and Europe collecting sounds, instruments, performing concerts and facilitating workshops at music festivals, culture centres, art houses and meditation centres.

About Corinne

Corinne is a nature and wilderness trainer and breathwork facilitator, originally from Berne. She also guides people through transformative breathwork and sees this work as part of her vision - to become whole again and to find a home in oneself as well as in nature. Because this freedom creates energy to follow one's own destiny. By doing this, we make the earth a place of peaceful coexistence again.

Equipment & Requirements

• An open soul, a voice that wants to learn to thrive.
• Comfortable clothes for the inside, warm and comfortable clothes for the outside.
• Water bottle, lunch and something to take notes.
• No Coffee from 10.00h on, as caffeine influences the brainwaves for Breathwork.

Place / Studio

The Workshop is in O-Tone-Studio, Gallusstrasse 4, 8006 Zurich. The studio is 15 Minutes by feet from Zurich Main Station.
