• 9:00 – 9:45 AM: Breathwork & Yoga Session

  • Comfortable sportswear is recommended.
  • Showers won’t be necessary after the session.
  • Yoga mats will be provided.

• 10:00 – 11:00 AM: Wildbowlz Healthy Brunch

  • Held on the ground floor, perfect to recharge and connect after the session.
